Allen Machine & Fabrication, LLC is an Asheboro, NC based company, whose mission is to be successful by effectively utilizing the philosophies of high quality, advanced techniques, & customer service. Our company manufactures to customer specifications original equipment machine components, weldments, and assemblies for companies involved in apparel equipment design, food processing equipment, automation equipment, paving equipment, general equipment and fixture manufacturing.

We provide a full range of machining services using CNC Milling & Turning Equipment, Fiber Optic Laser, Waterjet Cutting, and Powder Coating.

Welding is done using MIG/TIG welding process while our Fiber Optic Laser and Waterjet Cutting capability allows us to offer cutting process for metals, glass, stone, gaskets, foam and rubber materials, and other applications. Our company offers parts, assemblies, and weldments complete to print utilizing our machining, manufacturing, and assembly services and sub-contracting for heat treating, finishing, and other sub-contract services as needed.

Our management team includes individuals with direct knowledge and experience of the latest machining and welding methods as well as manufacturing and assembly processes. Our manufacturing team has extensive experience in computer numerical controlled machining as well as traditional machining, manufacturing, and assembly processes. We use SOLIDWORKS Professional 3D CAD to transform customer ideas into great products as we utilize our CNC Manufacturing process in the production of components and assemblies. We also use Mastercam X9 for SOLIDWORKS Software to optimize CAD to component in the manufacturing processes. We use Paperless Parts for quoting customers requirements.
